Australian shipping & free shipping

We offer free shipping on eligible Australian orders of $200 AUD or more. Standard shipping for items in our general shipping range is $10 AUD, with Express shipping available for $15 AUD.

Chairs and awnings have separate shipping charges and are excluded from the free-shipping offer. Orders containing these items may still attract shipping charges, even when the order total is $200 AUD or more. The applicable shipping options and total cost will be shown at checkout.

Order processing & dispatch

Under normal circumstances, orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Dispatch time is the time needed to prepare your order and is separate from the time your parcel spends in transit.

Sale periods & peak-season delays

During sales, major promotions and peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, higher order volumes may mean your order takes longer than our usual 1–2 business days to dispatch. Delivery carriers may also experience delays during these periods.

Please allow extra time for both dispatch and delivery, especially when ordering for a particular date. We’ll work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during busy periods.
